We serve the best tuna purchased at Yanagibashi Market, and you can choose from three types of soy sauce: Takeshige soy sauce from Fukuoka Prefecture, Yuasa soy sauce from Wakayama Prefecture, and Shoda soy sauce from Gunma Prefecture. We use ingredients that remind you of autumn, and offer a variety of items that go great with sake.

Sashimi of the best tuna from the Yanagibashi market and cold yellowtail are served together with a choice of three types of soy sauce: Takeshige soy sauce from Fukuoka Prefecture, Yuasa soy sauce from Wakayama Prefecture, or Shoda soy sauce from Gunma Prefecture. Shabu-shabu served in oden broth. Goes well with hot sake.
